Klaxon is the main sponsor of the “WOW – Wheels On Waves” program, which provides persons with disabilities the opportunity to experience the sea in the world’s first fully accessible catamaran, “Lo Spirito di Stella.”

After sailing, participants can then enjoy an adventurous ride through the local community with a Klaxon Klick power assist to expand their understanding of this truly amazing product range and the versatility of front-mounted power. 
 
The Klaxon WOW Program and Monster Experience includes:
•    ½ day sailing experience aboard the WOW Boat 
•    ½ day experience with Klaxon Klick Monster around the city/off-road

Dates:
•    Brisbane: Wed 14 & Thur 15 August (The Dockside Marina - 44 Ferry Street, Kangaroo Point QLD 4169)
•    Cairns: Tue 3 September
•    Darwin: Wed 9 October (Darwin Stokes Hill Wharf - 45 Stokes Hill Rd, Darwin City, NT 0800) 

Note: Dates are subject to change depending on weather conditions.

Other details:
•    The experience is open to everybody (wheelchair users and therapists).
•    Each boat trip will accommodate a maximum of 8 people: 4 wheelchair users and 1 accompanying person for each user.
•    If there is high demand, there may be two shifts per day: while one group experiences the catamaran, the other will enjoy the Klick Monster. After the lunch break, they will swap.
•    For non-disabled persons, the catamaran can host a maximum of 10 people.
•    Each activity can be organised and adapted according to the group and weather conditions.
